Today’s Chateau Rhianfa wedding was exclusive. Exclusive to Nicholas and Elizabeth and I tagged along for a short while too.
Tissues needed at this Chateau Rhianfa Wedding
When a couple decide to marry without guests, it’s a decision that hasn’t been made easily. Nicholas and Elizabeth’s guest list swelled by fifty percent with me there (I know I’m not a guest but you know what I mean). Actually the photography element became a significant part of their day. Initially they weren’t going to bother with photographs, imagine! I think they’re really happy they changed their mind. I’m glad they did. Their ceremony was intimate and the tears flowed. Champagne always takes the edge off a formal occasion. After the ceremony their smiles were wide and all tension disappeared. They took their glasses into the grounds of Chateau Rhianfa and we wafted about, chatting easily and taking photographs as we went.
I was in my zone, I think they had a job to get rid of me actually. I love it though and they were just so happy. That’s what it’s all about isn’t it.
If you have an intimate wedding or party coming up and you’re undecided whether or not to have a photographer present please give me a call. If you like the way I’ve told Nicholas and Elizabeth’s story then let’s talk.
