Weddings come in all shapes and sizes, that’s the beauty of them. I don’t mind if there’s twelve or one hundred and twelve guests, I’m in! Many couples are attachment to Anglesey, even though they don’t live here, it’s a special place. Even more so when you are married here, the bond becomes that much stronger. Adele and Carl created that bond one Saturday in June. They brought their families from Cheshire to Anglesey to celebrate.
Preparations at Tre-Ysgawen Hall
I hadn’t met Adele before the day. My assistant and I gasped when we entered her room at Tre-Ysgawen Hall, Adele is very beautiful and so were all of her choices for the day. This was Adele and Carl’s second marriage so their ceremony took place at the Llangefni registry office and then they travelled in style to Trearddur Bay.
At this point I’d like to say that it pays to use local suppliers. Adele had organised a very specific car with a national wedding car hire company. The wrong car arrived with the incorrect timings for the day. Thankfully the driver was extremely obliging and altered his schedule. Book local businesses because we care, that’s my message.
Over to The Black Seal
After our quick diversion to my dependable location where I can isolate a couple with a large prop; the Rolls Royce, we made for The Black Seal. The wedding party greeted Adele and Carl with wedding streamers, I like them, I’m not sure a venue might but they’re great fun. After a few formal photographs that is where I left them.
