2024 Review

2024 review from an anglesey wedding photographer

I had a busy and varied year and I am so delighted to still be photographing weddings after fifteen years. Honestly, after my very first wedding I vowed never to do that again and here I am, infact I thrive on it.

Time for a change

2025 going forward I will photograph only a handful of ‘all day’ weddings. That is weddings that require ten plus hours of coverage. I’m going to be focusing on elopements and smaller weddings or second weddings that require up to five hours coverage.

Family

Summer time brings families holidaying on Anglesey and along the coast. I love this work too. When families of all generations come together to celebrate an anniversary or birthday this time needs to be captured.  It’s so difficult to organise these precious times, I understand the importance of these times and so love to document your time together.

Favourites?

Well, I guess so, these are some of my favourites from 2024. How do they qualify? Often because I remember the characters that feature. I remember Holly’s father and the chat we had and the hat he wore. I remember giving Sarah direction and the momentary confusion then the ensuing laughter. Samantha’s Granny who helped herself to a top up. The singing waiters, oh my, they were a scream and a party erupted immediately. It’s moments that make up a wedding gallery. Yes I capture the ‘hero shots’ but it’s the candid shots that my clients love and so do I. I hope you’ll enjoy.

These are the venues that feature in the review

Chateau Rhianfa

Sandy Mount House, Rhosneigr

Carreg Bran

Plas Maenan

Please feel free to contact me regarding your wedding photography. I undertake only a handful of full coverage wedding days so if you’re thinking short coverage may suit you let’s talk.  I can offer suggestions how best to use my time.  I’m based on a Anglesey and have been an Anglesey wedding photographer for fifteen years. I’m so happy to talk about your North Wales wedding especially if you require short coverage or are eloping so don’t hesitate to contact me if you’re further afield. This North Wales wedding photographer is just so excited to be involved in your day.
