It really was a perfect Pentrehobyn Hall wedding. Infact, this was a perfect wedding day, new territory for me too and I loved it!
A date to remember at this Pentrehobyn Hall wedding
It’s sad when guests disappear into their mobile phones but today it was understandable. Today was a royal wedding day, Harry and Meghan were to be married at noon. Thankfully Steph and Luke’s ceremony was a bit later so we’d all had our fix of Meghan’s dress (and David Beckham arriving) by the time 1.30pm came around.
Sizzle
There was something in the air, something indefinable but this occasion sizzled with excitement. Actually there was an abundance of emotion too. Do look at the moment Steph arrives into the ceremony room. Luke’s bestman is there for him. The image after that shows us how emotional this point in the day can be, look at everyone’s faces. There’s the magic!
Next year will be my tenth year photographing weddings. I’ve heard many many speeches. Oh my, Luke’s best men delivered the most embarrassing speech I’ve heard. My jaw was on the floor but it didn’t stop me from pressing the shutter. Check out the guests’ expressions.
Bearing in mind that this venue is in Mold I don’t feel guilty about raving about Steph & Luke’s choice of entertainment. They’d booked DJ Will Madden via Six15 Events. The party lifted to a different level as soon as Will began. Worth considering for your own celebration?
I definitely want to spend more time at this venue, I’ll be at their wedding fayre in March 2019. I’m Gill Jones and I’m an Anglesey wedding photographer and North Wales wedding photographer. If you like the way I’ve told Steph and Luke’s story then please do contact me here so we can talk through your wedding day photography.
Other super duper suppliers on the day were: Food by Catherine Skates, Flowers by Bluebells in LlanfairPG, Cake by Hayley’s Piped Dreams, Make up by Alexandra Clare, Hair by Sarah from Headmasters, Llandudno.
