A wedding at Llyn Gwynant Barns, a first for me
All good things as they say….. and sure enough Ffion and Mat approached me to photograph their wedding at this popular venue. It’s good to pop a sought after venue in your portfolio.
Location, location, location
Llyn Gwynant Barns is situated in the most glorious location. It’s a campsite (think again, this is a nice one), with barns that you hire and dress yourself. You organise your own caterers; Popty Pen Uchaf (find them on Facebook) organised Ffion & Mat’s food. I had a roast dinner, in the middle of a wedding, that’s unheard of and it was superb!
Ffion was meticulous with her planning; she loves a schedule, so do I and so does Jade Leung, who is a wedding stylist and planner. Call her if you like a schedule too, I know Ffion found Jade’s help invaluable.
Warmth, merriment, good wishes, family. I may well be describing every wedding but this wedding had bundles of it. I especially enjoyed the abundance of cake. Friends and family contributed their homemade creations to produce an cake table that overflowed.
